Just Left the Cleveland clinic urgent care. Ask for ointment and gauges to dress My second degree Burns up and they refused to give me any and told me I needed to go to the drugstore and buy the supplies. Even though I told him I didn't have any money or insurance and made me leave without anything. Thanks for Helping the community from the heart you p.o.s.
Took my son here for the Urgent Care. Was told it was viral and gave him a prescription that she said was only available by prescription,when did Cepacol become prescription only?? Anyway,my son got worse through the day/night and ended up taking him to the ER (not Cleveland Clinic)and was told he had strep throat. I even asked the doctor at Urgent Care and she said it was not strep... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Had PT there with Lyndsey and Corey. They are top notch! However the long walk to the back of Kmart with a knee replacement was gruelling, and more gruelling after the therapy!!!!!. To bad they don't have a tram. Also have been there for blood work which goes real fast. Urgi care was a wait but not that long. Glad this place is here!
Huge! Tons of specialties. The drive through pharmacy is super quick and convenient. The lobby is large with tons of seating and relatively clean. We went on off hours so it took about an hr to see someone but hopefully they can up staffing to make it quicker. Would recommend.
It showed on the website that it closes at 8 I was there at 7.15 for my 14 month old baby to be seen and the lady on the front desk told me they are no longer taking any patients and there was hardly 1 person there
