Very professional and helpful as a visitor to Ohio.
I do not recommend this clinic after I visited it, I wanted to register in the chat I was not allowed to chat, they told me to call this number, I called for more than two hours I was redirected to exclude the phone, in the end I was told that you have to go and scan my ID and when I started saying why the first visit did not do the answer I did not hear! Very boorish and dismissive attitude it is better to look for a second clinic
made me feel so uncomfortable I got up and walked out of the hospital and cause of that I got hit by a car.
They make you reschedule when you show up on time for your appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 and I checked in at that time, apperently they wanted me to be there at 2:20 and happened to leave that information out when I called to make the appointment and got a text reminder. Then when you do get in for the appointment you wait 20 minutes in the waiting room for the doctor. Wouldn't reccomend.
