I used to like this place. They are unethical in their billing strategy. I went there because I had ear pain. I went to urgent care. I told them urgent care. They cleaned out my ears and now I get two bills one for a partial co-pay for urgent care and one for 175 for facility charge. What a scam Cleveland clinic should not The tax exempt, they are not a nonprofit. They’re ripping people off. They are not serving the community. I’m so happy we have a Cleveland Clinic Family Health Center right in our neighborhood and with a drive through Pharmacy also!!! #bestever We’ve already had to visit for unexpected X-rays and the service was outstanding and very little wait. The Pharmacy service is excellent also. Thank you to all at Cleveland Clinic!!!

Got a call 30 minutes before an first time appointment id had scheduled for months that the doctor wasn’t in that day. Took time off work for the appointment and no follow up was scheduled, told me I’d be called and I never heard back. Unreal. I feel like the floor dropped out from under me this morning.
