This place is filthy they claim to have lost my chart then forced me to take a X-ray for lower back pain smh look at the ceiling ventilation it was extremely hard to breathe in the room with the door closed when i opened the door to get air everyone behind the counter looked suspicious and surprised staying they did not know i was in there then some lady ran into my room and spent 2 minutes diagnosing me the stated i need a X-ray i got up and left this is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever witnessed in the medical field
My main issue is the wait time. I've been waiting over an hour at this point (with both my parents) who I feel bad for having to wait on me. Last bloodwork I did at Mercy main hospital took less than 6-7 minutes from walking in to having a needle in my arm.
Stop deleting the negative reviews! This hospital is trash! My mom was not cared for! Had surgery and was never check on or given her medication! She had ants in her hair, needle tips in the heater vents, the nurses are all RUDE as all ever! You can tell they’re all there for a paycheck and the privilege to call them self a nurse! They could care less about the well being of their patients! The whole floor smelled like pee. A report was made and a call to the state! This hospital gets no stars! Horrible. Got there when it opened and filled out a slip. By the way I said we filled out a slip! We dropped it into the hole where it’s supposed to go. We waited an hour and 30 minutes watching people who came in way after us go back. We ask why we haven’t even been checked in and they say our slip magically disappeared! Well where did it go? They were sorting through the papers picking which people they decided were worthy enough of being called back. Ridiculous. I left. Crappy workers.
The nurse was very nice. The PA didn't fully understand the pain I was in. She didn't give me prescriptions that reflected my complaint. I will NOT be going back here!!!!!! She didn't listen to me. I will go to the competition across the street next time. Stupid me forgot not to go here. Again with VERY POOR service. I was in 12 days ago and STILL don't have results. I have called and left messages with no call back. One lady did call me back and said she'd send results to my doctor. LIE. My doctor has requested twice to get... read more
