Horrible horrible orthopedic I had to leave went in for my son's results waiting a hour and nothing had to leave due to work they are unprofessional and this location needs closed down or a new admin .i have Drs in lorain county cleveland clinic in in and out sitting 30 mins of appt time ....my son has a tear had edema and she makes us wait what a joke I switched to the lorain county cleveland clinic now I see why y'all have three stars awful
Honestly wish I could put less that 1 star. I'm not that old, but NEVER in my 32 years of life have an EMS tech question the urgency and severity of an emergency, and then proceed to try to diagnose and dismiss it as non important. Mind you we are talking an older women with underlying health issues experiencing dizziness and shortness of breath. After trying to suggest "seasonal allergies" or a "nasal congestion" or her son could drive her, and realizing the actual seriousness of the emergency then proceeded to come out. Ab... read more
Since May 2023, I’ve been visiting all to regularly with declining health for different reasons. They are excellent at care and bedside manner. Highest recommendations.
My mother had an appointment at Cleveland Clinic Medina in July for MRI and CT, her MRI was done but when it came to her CT, she drank her contrast, they stuck her four times to get an IV in (two different techs/nurses) which was unsuccessful. They then told her she would have to reschedule....the nerve of them (Cleveland Clinic as a whole) the right thing to do would have been to reschedule her at the main within a good time frame, making sure someone could place the IV, instead they had her to reschedule, marked her as a N... read more
