Medical staff was welcoming at our 12:45 am arrival and taken right back to a room. The physician on call that night, Dr. Dan, was absolutely fantastic and made our first run-in with croup educational and normalized some of our fears. Only complaint is that the building is a bit tucked away with small signage to find the building.
I've been seeing the same doctor for many years. She moved to this office and I followed her. I have had so much trouble with office staff. Dr not getting messages or not responding re much needed prescriptions. I called on a monday and a week later I get a call back. Now it appears that they have a call center. Unity Network, same thing. Really like my doctor but am seriously considering changing because of all the crap. The doctors and NP I have seen at this location are great.
