I was held against my will here for days on a hold called in by a doctor that was on call. I was kept here for almost a week with no answers and no progress on a capacity hold by a doctor who never even saw me face-to-face

The clinical staff and non-clinical staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly and assisted with my needs. The wait for triage in the ED was long, but someone came out at one point and acknowledged the wait and asked for everyone's patience. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at this hospital. They all deserve a caregiver award as it was honestly the best experience I've had out of all of the CC hospital facilities...granted this was my first ED and inpatient experience. Terrible. Tryed to acknowledge everything except the actual reason I came!! No help waste of 3 days in the hospital came out worse than when I initially went.

I’ve had very bad experience at the emergency department with the mental health nurses and doctors. They lack of empathy, very, very unprofessional and rude. The doctors and nurses are rude and unprofessional
