I have been to this Clinic quite a bit in the last month with my elderly parents. They have been extremely supportive, and quick. We have never waited more than 15 minutes, even as a walk in
Dr was ok but the three hour wait is ridicilous abd the fact that the dr gave me ointment for my infected eye i lost the tub and they would not refill it. Thats why im giving only 2 stars. went on August 12 cause i had blood in my urion took a cilture and tells me theres no infection i go to my pcp at uh and i have a uniary track infection these people have no idea what they are doing cleveland clinic blows
I went to get a mammogram and expressed my fear because it was my first one ever. The technician (Robyn Meier) dismissed my concerns and was very rude and curt. I understand mammograms are not pleasant and that has nothing to do with her, but I was crying and she was cold to me and kept barking orders at me. She could have made it a more comfortable experience, and been more personable, but she chose not to. If you need a mammogram and are nervous, avoid going here.
