The only place where I go to have blood draw.
Would give zero if I could. Waited 45 minutes to get seen, we were the last people in the waiting room and they called someone who had come in 5 minutes before. When I expressed my frustration, I was told that we weren't checked in completely. No apologies, just told that we had to wait because we'd checked in last. Disgusting.
Have always had exellent service from the front desk to everyone in the back,been here a few times,and great results.
The doctor used an AI feature to diagnose me and also had another trainee doctor by his side. He made light of my symptoms and I had to get a second opinion on what was wrong with me. He rushed through and the receptionists are ghetto as all get out.
Walked for care and was told they are no longer seeing patients because they have met their quota for the day.
