Waiting an hour in a room by yourself for the doctor, after waiting 20 mins in a common area with other sick people. Why are the appointments time structured like this? How is this the best thing they came up with.
Steer clear. Their patient services are HORRENDOUS. You can’t get local humans on the phone to answer simple questions but are instead patched through to some corporate switchboard, they then schedule through the portal wo contacting you, won’t refer to doc’s who accept your insurance when your insurance changes. Deeply impersonal. Deeply problematic. So disappointed in Cleveland Clinic. Have worked w large hospital networks/providers in other states and have NEVER encountered such impersonal awful awful service.
Cleveland Clinic should be embarrassed of their new "Primary Care intake stations". Patients are packed in like cattle into one of 3-5 cubicles sharing a scale for admission stats. No social distancing or privacy possible. A billion dollar organization pinching pennies.
Come to any cleavland clinic to get your pockets picked clean and lied to about what your insurance covers! 2000$ for an xray and charging me for drugs they never gave me is insane
