Beware of nurse, Shelly, & NP, Christina Watkins, at Cleveland Clinic Lorain Express Care. They are two of the most aggressive, abusive nurses I have ever met.
The “providers” here are extremely condescending and do not listen to patients. They lack empathy and caring. I expected better from Cleveland Clinic.
On June 23rd I took my son to the Cleveland clinic Lorain Express Care because he was having a severe Poison ivy reaction. His hands were swollen To the point that he started losing circulation in them. Blistered and cracking, Christina Watkins, APRN.CN prescribed him an ointment, I asked specifically if he could be prescribed an oral steroid To stop the poison ivy from spreading any further And was denied.
