I will not be returning to this emergency room location! Everytime I’ve ever come to this location. It’s long waits and inadequate care causing you to have to do your own extensive follow ups regarding results and advocate for yourself. Of course it’s not gonna matter. They will tell you quickly oh just come back. This place will run every expensive test they have looking for the most unlikely medical situation, but then neglect to run the basics. Not a fan of Cleveland Clinic but this one is pretty good. No big complaints.
All the doctors and nurses give amazing service and they show that they really care about your health. The doctor I had was extremely helpful and kind! Thank you for helping me!
I went un on a Tuesday afternoon with alot of pain in my foot. They were kind, caring and quick, I was in and out in under an hour. Most importantly, they were compassionate and listened to me
Went to this er because my Dr told me to go because they found some "possible" blood clots on my lungs, I went in had some test run and sure enough I needed to be admitted. Well I had gotten there at around 2pm, around 4pm I started asking for something for pain my leg started hurt really bad(I didnt want drugs but Tylenol or Ibuprofen would've been great) I got nothing, I asked again at 5pm(nothing) I asked again aroun 8pm and the dr told me shed its now 11pm, I started to cry because of the pain being so bad but I wasn't s... read more
