I cannot say enough positive about Cleveland Clinic. I have been taking my sister there for over five years for cancer treatment, and I receive services for heart issues. Our doctors are excellent! The other professionals and support staff are typically very good at what they do. The organization is run like well-oiled machine. I stayed recently in the heart step down unit and my stay was excellent. Have been going to Cleveland Clinic for over 25 years, will not go anywhere else, best care possible!
Much better than the care UPMC hospitals provide for specialty care in my opinion. What makes Cleveland Clinic head and shoulders above the rest: their pre procedure quotes. Yes- they actually let you know how much something will cost before you take the test/procedure. Seems… obvious - but other hospitals seem to love just sending a big bill post visit with no warning.
