I cant say enough positive things about cleveland clinic hospice. My son has been with them since March, and they have gone over and above in ALL aspects of his care. The whole team has been like family, but especially our head nurse, Donna. She's an angel of God, truly dedicated to her work. Before hospice, we were so alone and just surviving, and now there has not been one thing that we need that hasent been addressed. If you are needing an outstanding hospice, don't hesitate to call them.
Cleveland Clinic hospice took care of my mother-in-law her last two years of her life while she resided at O’Neils Nursing in North Olmsted. During that time they showed such care and communicated often with us giving us a peace of mind that she was well cared for. The nursing home had many issues that hospice helped fill the gap, making Mom’s life and our life much more comfortable.
Cleveland clinic Hospice has helped me for 2 1/2 years with My Mother as she continued to get worse. They have gone above and beyond for her comfort and care. Everyone involved has been wonderful. Without them, I could not have ensure My Mother would have been taken care of by the staff at the nursing home. My step dad is on hospice we had no issues but the aide they send to give him a shower for the last two weeks no aide has showed up on Monday.no phone call from anyone saying the aide isn’t coming poor communication. Hospice don’t care about their patients they only care about the money. Stay clear from anything to do with Cleveland clinic
DO NOT USE CC HOSPICE services! Please advocate for your loved ones. Just because your family member has a terminal illness doesn’t mean that certain events cannot be treated. I whole heartedly believe that what CC initiated was an attempt to kill my mother that was not actually dying. I also believe my mom was coerced into hospice in leu of palliative.
