Reprehensible and unprofessional organization. They do not care about anything but money they can make from dying people and their families. I needed help for my dying mother and Cleveland Clinic set me up with this hospice service; they were nothing but appalling and obnoxious. When I made appointment for the nurse to come home at a certain time, the nurse was a no-show. When I called and inquired for the reason, I was told (by Donna Banks) that the nurse went to see another client of hers and was not coming to see my mom. ... read more
