Cleveland clinic Hospice has helped me for 2 1/2 years with My Mother as she continued to get worse. They have gone above and beyond for her comfort and care. Everyone involved has been wonderful. Without them, I could not have ensure My Mother would have been taken care of by the staff at the nursing home. My step dad is on hospice we had no issues but the aide they send to give him a shower for the last two weeks no aide has showed up on Monday.no phone call from anyone saying the aide isn’t coming poor communication. Hospice don’t care about their patients they only care about the money. Stay clear from anything to do with Cleveland clinic
DO NOT USE CC HOSPICE services! Please advocate for your loved ones. Just because your family member has a terminal illness doesn’t mean that certain events cannot be treated. I whole heartedly believe that what CC initiated was an attempt to kill my mother that was not actually dying. I also believe my mom was coerced into hospice in leu of palliative. Do not return calls a week later still no answer. Equipment questions, will ask doctor, 3 days later no answer. Supply delivery due Mondays made a change no supplies delivered no call. One phone number all you can do is leave messages that do not ever get returned. Where is all this fantastic help we hear about. Why aggregate yourself, do it yourself no need to add more to an already difficult situation. .
