I had the best nurses during my care with home care. Ms Connie was primarily my home nurse, she was very professional and great
Cleveland Clinic Hospice took care of my Father-In-Law post stroke. The nurses and supporting caregivers where all amazing, compassionate people. They all made his last moments as peaceful as possible.
CC homecare is horrible. I have tried for 6 months to get Cpap supplies that I have used for twenty years! They did not respond to online orders, and when I talked to them they said I needed a doctors appointment which I proceeded to get, then they said I needed insurance approval. I called my insurance company and they said I didn’t need approval so I called them back and they said I did need approval. I explained five times that the insurance company said that I didn’t. Cleveland clinic home health care show no appreciation for their stna staff. The internal department claims the staff are full time employees. On the other hand the stna staff work part-time. What's really happening here is the staff is hiring stna staff thru temp agency's. The department head lead the workers that they cannot apply for unemployment. Why is this so? If the Cleveland clinic deduct unemployment taxes for the stna staff payroll. This is something that needs to be looked into. The stna staff work hard in rain or... read more
