I am a homebound senior. Had an appointment with a nurse two days ago. No call no show. Called back, left messages and that's about it. Am still trying. It's freezing cold and I'm trying to learn about my options but no such luck. This system needs a big boost.
The most horrible home health experience with the exception of Physical Therapists Brian and Dave. They ask what you want out of their service and your goals and totally disregard everything. Occupational therapy is a scam. No exercises given, was told that the 2 showers i received was therapy. Was told I had another shower coming last week. Never happened. No scheduled appointments.
