The after care is by far the worst ever. My mom was ringing the bell to go to the bathroom and waited over 15 min to never get attended to and messed the bed because she couldn't wait any longer. For lunch, she was given a piece of meat that looked like dog food. NO vegetables, no potatoes, etc. just the meat to eat. Low sugar diet but really?? no vegetables to be given to a patient so they can eat?? a salad? The nurse actually said hurry up and sit down I have other things I need to do.

I went to a walking clinic with a suspicion of a blood cloth in my leg, the doctor there sent me to the ER at Hillcrest. It was on dec 22nd 2023, i have been seen by the triage nurse, waited outside on a chair the whole time, 2 hour later they sent me to the ultrasound on my leg, the guy that did the ultrasound was fairly new so another lady came in to guide him.
