This review is for the billing department only. Why when I call to speak about my medical bill I get ASIA I should not get to hear people speaking a different language in the background.and be told by Jane A. that she can't tell me what country she is in but she can take all my personal information and help me !?And when asked to be transferred to America they can't do it .. I guess Cleveland clinic doesn't want the bill paid bc I will never give my personal information and rights to someone not in my country to talk persona... read more

I had brain surgery and had a tumor removed and never imagined it would be so horrible.Thank you Monica for excellent care and Peaches for making my day.Please pray for me I need it so bad.I also want to thank Dr Soni for saving my life, Spread love for me

This place is an absolute joke. Drove 4 hours one way to be seen by “one of the best gastroenterology departments in the US” and they didn’t do ANYTHING for me. Not a single test, not a single recommendation, and told me that the over 100 pound unintentional weight loss would be better treated by my primary care physician and then slapped me with an over 600$ bill for NOTHING. I will never recommend the Cleveland Clinic to anyone.

Patient Finance Advocate treated my mother-in-law horribly. She has Medicare Advantage. Cleveland Clinic doesn't take Medicare Advantage. Couldn't have been managed any more poorly. Offered zero alternatives or assistance. That's gatekeeping, not advocacy.
