I lived here with friends in the 1970s when I was a Law student at Case Western. Up until that time it had been a home for unwed mothers - closed because of the changing society of the 1960s i.e. the birth control pill, and acceptance of women having children out of wedlock. Then it became a halfway house for people previously incarcerated. Which was when we were asked to leave. Why the Cleveland Clinic thinks they can just go and buy up all of historical Cleveland. This was originally the Drury Mansion from the Original Millionaires Row. It seems no one in these reviews have even mentioned that. Which leads me to believe that Cleveland Clinic is getting these reviews. Incredibly sad. Beautiful piece of Cleveland History
