Cleveland Clinic is impossible to deal with. I need a referral for my diabetic foot. I have tried 6 times in last two days to no avail. The same thing happened last week when the kept sending my referral fax to a wrong number. They just don't care. Even using there email system doesn't get your voice across I am hoping to keep my toe and foot from amputation. Cleveland Clinic doesn't seem to care. If I could leave zero stars I would. Cancelling an appointment a half hour before is unacceptable. I go to this facility once a year for a physical and they can't even do that. Good thing I don't have any real health issues yet.
I can see how this place has 2.7 rating! My primary was dr. Goldman and he would cancel every appointment and the they would reschedule me months out saying they dont have any sooner available. This happened multiple times and then i get informed my dr is no longer seeing patients. I made an appointment with a new primary and i received a bill for over $300 instead of just my copay because they said they had to establish a nee patient and review all my past records.
