I am 76 years old. Cleveland Clinic is the best facility that I have ever experienced.
Had a wonderful experience with them. The office staff was welcoming, the wait time was minimal, and the doctor was incredibly thorough and kind. Highly recommend!

I am beyond disgusted with the level of care I received from Cleveland Clinic. This has been one of the most frustrating, negligent, and unacceptable experiences I have ever had with a medical provider. I contacted Dr. Ashley Shanblatt for a refill of a medication that she prescribed to me. Despite my repeated attempts to get assistance, it took three full days for her to respond.
