I recommend this clinic. Their staff is very conscious of their patients. In fact i had a wonderful experience with them.
I am beyond disgusted with the level of care I received from Cleveland Clinic. This has been one of the most frustrating, negligent, and unacceptable experiences I have ever had with a medical provider. I contacted Dr. Ashley Shanblatt for a refill of a medication that she prescribed to me. Despite my repeated attempts to get assistance, it took three full days for her to respond. Kristen Paurowski PA is very kind and understanding. I am very happy and thankful to her for making my health check up a pleasant and positive experience.
If I could leave a 0 star review for this organization I would. They lie, their communication is horrendous, their systems are designed to confuses, disorient, and frustrate their patients. Dr. Zabari did not help my issue, she argued with me and made me feel confused, I wasted valuable time and money at this horrendous organization and ended up in the emergency room twice after seeing them. I had such a pleasant visit at Cleveland Clinic. My APRN Was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was impressed with my visit. The front desk gals were top notch and very helpful. I’m very happy I chose Cleveland Clinic and didn’t go by the reviews on here ! I used to go to Baptist Health, but with my Medicare insurance they dropped the advantage plans.
