Can’t tell you how impressed Love my ability to use “MyClevelandClinic” to make appointments and see my results & recommendations! Getting appointments can be a challenge. Had to wait 8 weeks to see cardiologist. Follow up is same. No appts til 6 weeks after recommended follow up! Chira is ALWAYS helpful! Dr V is amazing!

I absolutely love Kristen Paurowski, PA-C she is so knowledgeable and takes the time to talk to you and helps you with any concerns. Adriana D from the Prior Authorization Dept Went above and beyond and was able to get a medication that my insurance was denying.
Visited for annual medical. The medical report included medicines I don't take and conditions I don't have. Their system offers lab work but when you go there they say they don't have lab, and ask you to go to quest and make another appointment to review results. Total waste of time.
