If I could leave a 0 star review for this organization I would. They lie, their communication is horrendous, their systems are designed to confuses, disorient, and frustrate their patients. Dr. Zabari did not help my issue, she argued with me and made me feel confused, I wasted valuable time and money at this horrendous organization and ended up in the emergency room twice after seeing them. I had such a pleasant visit at Cleveland Clinic. My APRN Was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was impressed with my visit. The front desk gals were top notch and very helpful. I’m very happy I chose Cleveland Clinic and didn’t go by the reviews on here ! I used to go to Baptist Health, but with my Medicare insurance they dropped the advantage plans.
I am so angry. I have a serious pelvic issue and requested an appointment online on 2/26. It said 24-48 hour response time. It is now 3/12 and I received an email today for a 3/19 appointment. I already saw another doctor on 3/10. I explained I am in excruiating pain and you didn't care at all. Y'all should be embarrassed.
They don't care about nobody for real they hang up on you if they can't solve your problems they send you to different departments knowing your reason for the call but still send you anywhere I asked can I be transfer to right department please and they hang up no call backs this happens plenty of times your issues will take forever to be resolved
