I had a great experience here with the practitioners in the ENT department. I had resisted going to this location because it was an hour drive from my home, but it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! The ladies here listened to me, found the problem and I have full confidence that my issue will be resolved. THANK YOU! I had been seen three times by an ENT doctor closer to home (not a Cleveland Clinic doctor) who was clearly not listening to me. Ironic for an ear doctor right?
They have an ER in there. Some staff are rude and nasty in multiple departments like ER and others. They really hurt my feelings, I got scared and a little emotionally traumatized with their over privileged goddess behaviors and words.
First impression, last impression. As I wheeled my relative into the lobby I saw a desk marked security at which a woman was seated. She looked down as a walked in, did not greet or speak so I assumed the desk left of the entrance was where I would be directed. Felt like I was rushed, and not a patient. Rushed in and out like they're taking too many patients, and more worried about balancing their checkbook then balancing people's health. Unprofessional to say the least, and the doctor warps your words for the benefit of his doubt. He's a pain doctor right? Well I keep telling him about this neck issue that I got whiplash from this car accident of the reason why I'm at his doctor's office. He keeps ignoring my neck pain.
