Felt like I was rushed, and not a patient. Rushed in and out like they're taking too many patients, and more worried about balancing their checkbook then balancing people's health. Cannot express enough gratitude for the Physical Therapy department and the in-house Emergency Response Team at Cleveland Clinic in Chestnut Commons in Elyria. During a standard rehabilitation session, I encountered a sudden medical emergency. Megan, my therapist, demonstrated incredible quick thinking; her physical intervention literally protected me from further injury.
