My whole experience with Dr Knight was truly horrible. After an extremely painful cystoscopy which they were aware that I had a condition that this could affect but did not explain to me that I could be in pain for up to 3 weeks after the procedure. I found her to be very dismissive and lacked true compassion. I felt very vulnerable doubled over in pain and her telling me it was my anxiety causing it. Very terrible at communication on multiple occasions, after surgical procedures are done they will not send over any of your medications and when you call multiple times they will continue telling you they will get it handled and call you back and then not call back at all each time. You'll be left with no pain medication to suffer. Very disorganized and won't be going back. Occurred on more than one occasion, was given a second chance before judging.
I called today 7/2/25 to make an appointment because I was referred for a consultation. I am a medical provider myself and run staff who make appointments all day long. The experience I had with the staff making appointments here was atrocious and embarrassing. If I was the doctor or office manager in charge of these employees and I knew how they are treating potential new patients, I would be sick. Needless to say, I asked for a new referral.
