I won’t be going here anymore. Everytime I go now I get the same nurse practitioner and he always seems to brush things off and ends up just telling me to go to the ER because he wants to be safe and "cover his own butt" Went somewhere and the immediately were able to tell me what was wrong .
The worst. Basically, if you have the flu, they tell you to ride it out. I really didn’t want to give any stars.
Do not ever use Cleveland Clinic if you dont have insurance. My son went in with a sore throat. They did a strep test and found he had strep. They charged $944 for a simple office visit at the urgent care. A week earlier another urgent cares charge for my daughter was 200 for the same service. The doctor was in the room for approximately 5 minutes.
I hardly ever write a review, however because of my experience with the care I was provided on 11/5/2024 it leaves me with no choice but to try and warn other people to stay away and use somewhere else when in need of good health care service. I went in with a cough, sore throat, extreme head congestion, headache, worried that maybe I had either flu or Covid. The front desk was a nice lady, the work up nurse was very kind as well.
