My son visited Cleveland clinic urgent Care North Olmsted for a severe sore throat. He saw Shelly Leblanc, PA-C. He informed her that he currently did not have health insurance. She performed a strep test which came out negative then diagnosed him with a Peritonsillar abscess. Told him he must respond to the emergency room immediately. UH performed a mono test which came back positive. The doctor said that there was no abscess in his throat and asked if urgent care performed a rapid mono test in their office. I just left the Cleveland clinic olmsed falls from the minute I walked in I felt so comfortable! The nurse Rachel was immediately wonderful kind compassionate and so professional! She explained everything to me and truly showed compassion! Courtney was also wonderful very kind and professional! As busy as Nurses are I truly admire and respect all they do! Kindness and compassion are a choice!!!! Thankyou Rachel so much for making my journey a little easier!!!!
Waiting 45 minutes in a room to see nurse asst is just wrong - without any acknowledgement of what is going on ? I feel this location has this problem with tardiness -
There’s three sections, one for Urgent Care, one for labs, and one for pediatric. Pediatric is by appointment only. My children see Dr. Creager, for years now and I highly recommend! Dr. Creager always goes the extra mile and really cares. The staff and nurses are all amazing. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. Thank you! The few times we’ve been to the urgent care, it was quick and staff were friendly.
