Waiting 45 minutes in a room to see nurse asst is just wrong - without any acknowledgement of what is going on ? I feel this location has this problem with tardiness -
There’s three sections, one for Urgent Care, one for labs, and one for pediatric. Pediatric is by appointment only. My children see Dr. Creager, for years now and I highly recommend! Dr. Creager always goes the extra mile and really cares. The staff and nurses are all amazing. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. Thank you! The few times we’ve been to the urgent care, it was quick and staff were friendly. The staff at this location is beyond amazing! The front staff are so friendly especially Mary! I recommend this location to everyone I know as all the staff I have had the pleasure to meet made me feel comfortable and confident in my care with the Cleveland clinic!
