I’ve walked-in to this clinic twice now on an urgent care basis over the last 2 years. Both times I was in and out in 30 minutes or less with the treatment I needed for ear and throat infections. All caregivers were polite and professional. I recommend checking the CCF wait time tracker on their website prior to heading out if you are looking to go at the least busy time. I have found it to be accurate if I head over right after checking.
Had no issues with checking in and waiting to be called back, service dog well behaved laying at my feet and other patients talking at her and making comments how beautiful and well behaved she was. My issue came when my name was called to head to the back some lady not sure who she is, what doctor or nurse or her title BUT violated my ADA rights and triggered my PTSD. She just straight up tried to deny my service dog access and asked for a certificate that does not exist, there is no such thing as a registry for service dog... read more
