Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff (especially check in and the MAs) are usually super rude--they dont even care to call you by the correct name. I know express cares are busy but they always seem like its a huge inconvenience that you're there and just want to get in and out as quickly as possible.
Very nice people, always helped me and my kids out. Thank you.

I don't understand all the poor reviews for this place. Not only was I met with kindness and compassion, I was also offered financial assistance without asking. On top of it all, the wait time was less than a half hour.
