Unintelligent - Irresponsible - Rude Has never heard of Journavx (a new, NON-NARCOTIC, NON-OPIATE pain medication) and wouldn't even listen when I tried to explain it. I certainly didnt enjoy being treated like a drug seeker because they've never heard of it! She just tried to give me antibiotics for something that CLEARLY wasnt an infection, which in itself if irresponsible...
I was there on a Sunday. The entire staff was kind and efficient. My exam was thorough w the np asking me lots of questions concerning my symptoms. The na and front desk were equally nice and helpful.
Got me and my kids seen within a reasonable time
