Waiting forever and being overmedicated put my in ER, hardly World Class Care
Literally have been bounced around on the phone for 45 minutes now. I just want to schedule a freaking appointment people. Is it really this hard? Apparently so. My suggestion is to find out a way to not have to transfer someone to 7 different people just to get an appointment scheduled.
Well.... I went to the Willoughby Hills branch one word awful. I had my two year old and two month old. A guy checked me in using the new computer check in system. Guess what it never worked. I sat in Peds for over an hour. They informed me I was never checked in. This branch is way to busy! They over schedule and you always wait 45min - hour for a apt! Cleveland Clinic is to big for their own good and can't run anything correctly!
The staff in the Express Care were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. Check in process and phone system can test your patience level to no end though......if it wasn't for that, I would give this review a 5+!
