DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I have read horrible reviews about this place- but had gone a few times and it was ok. Today, was BAD! There is a nurse practitioner there, Andrea, who is absolutely cold, rude and more invested in being right than patient care. I took my son in for a probable upper resperatory infection- he was home for college break -and this horroble provider wrote him a prescription for 3 days later when he would be back at school with no car- and would absolutely not make the effort to get this prescription fille... read more
Andrea Holton-Corsby nurse assistant was Very Rude, and came off demanding, controlling and bossy! you’re supposed to make the patient feel welcomed and safe not irritate them about silly stuff. Leave your personal life at home! and do your job.
Disgusting place - blood on floor, dirty patient bed. "Nurse" brought in meds in a three inch oral syringe with NO gloves on. I left immediately without treatment.
Upon check-in I was told it was a 40-45 minute wait. I waited 3 hours to be seen. Enough said.
This was really pretty crappy - from the lack of info from my Dr. to the fact that the assistant handed me a $600.00 knee brace (aka $19.99 at Meijer) with NO mention of price/options - I'm astounded! That is all...
