Went in with a bad cough. History of asthma and recent hospital stay for pneumonia. Would not give antibiotics without a chest X-ray. Wanted me to drive 30 miles to get X-ray from one of their facilities only. They only want to make more money for their CORPORATION! This is the second time this has happened. I don't know why I thought it would be different this time. Never again!

My daughter, who is two, saw Joy recently. She went over her symptoms thoroughly and what led up to our concern, looked over her carefully and my daughter was comfortable with her, and she was also efficient. She made sure we understood the medications and she also went over how to take care of a skin problem-the dos and don'ts of washing it and what to apply for healing so we didn't further irritate the problem. Recently was there for back pain/spasms (chronic problem) right before I was to go on a hiking trip with my sons out west. Nicole Ball, CNP did a great job diagnosing and prescribing appropriate medications so that I could go on the trip. The nurse (I'm very sorry I didn't catch her name) was friendly and courteous, a genuinely caring person. Overall great experience, can't thank them enough.
