I’ve been to this emergency room a handful of times over the years, and I’ve yet to have a negative experience. This past visit was for my two year old son who busted his eyebrow open on a headboard. I was worried they would be busy since it happened on a Saturday night, however triage called us back before we had even finished filling out the intake paperwork/submitting our insurance information, and we were out the door in under two hours. I am highly satisfied with my experiences at this ER.
IV port was barely in my dad's arm. Bled everywhere. Asked twice to have it redone. Initial nursing staff was rather short tempered and seemed bothered to take care of us. X-ray (not CT) tech had my father transfer to a wheelchair instead of taking him in the bed which after he dropped into the chair (he's an amputee) and hurt himself she had him transfer back to the bed. I watched a kid spend 3 hours in the waiting room while he was bleeding all over the floor and his mother was crying and trying to hold his head together. The nurses are very rude and are awful at putting in IVs and taking them out. If I could give them a 0 i would. Worst ER I've ever had the inconvenience of being in.
Came here bleeding everywhere having a miscarriage and never got called back.
This place is horriable, yes the staff is nice but not enough to actually help someone.. I was having pain in my back for the past 10 years. I went very they said it's Part of your menstrual cycle, Next hospital and I needed surgery. My daughter has been dealing with stomach pain for the past three years I asked him to check her appendi from what i read they can do an ultrasound, Told me they don't want to use radiology.
