My 93 year old father was taken here at 10pm from a rehab facility in Aurora. This is not an admitting hospital but he was having some serious medical issues and the staff was wonderful. They were professional, prompt, pleasant and attentive. I don't remember the nurse's name that night, but she was wonderful. She kept my dad stable, clean, dry, warm and comfortable until 4am when he was eventually transported and admitted to South Pointe hospital in Warrensville. I dis 100mph to this place my wife is passing out in the passenger seat she can't breathe. I'm freaking out when I get there telling them she can't breathe they just take their good time and are asking me a million questions and just walk to pick her up don't care the lack of empathy just blows my mind .I'm freaking out I was on the phone with 911 on the way there. Is this how serious and that it was no assistance very disappointed
While it’s never ideal to have to go to the ER, this location is top-notch with care, cleanliness, professionalism and efficiency. I had to go to the ER in the middle of the night last night for concerning symptoms. They checked me in right away, got IV fluids and testing going; and after just a couple hours (which was the necessary amount of time, due to the IV fluids, test results and making sure I was well enough), I was able to return home. Whoever the Asian guy doing security as you walk into the ER department at 4 pm is. He is highly unprofessional, ignoring patients for personal phone calls. This is ridiculous that I had spoke to him, got ignored then someone else walked in and he put his phone calls up and waiting 5 minutes and me having to say something to even acknowledge my existence. Everything else about my experience here was fantastic! But the first and last impression of a place, really makes an impact! Do better!
Waiting for a room at another hospital and they will only keep calling for a hour
