Dr Michael Marquard took great care of my mother who suffered a fall and needed stitches on her hand. He made it so she didn’t feel the stitches at all!
The doctor (Dr Keary), NP, and nurses were extremely nice. They were very thorough with testing and providing me with an appropriate referral. Overall, some of the nicest, most personable (and professional) staff I’ve ever experienced.
Came In to get my oldest daughter foot look out yesterday around 8:30 or so and put my wallet and all my stuff into the bin and walked out missing my wallet. That has all my kids stuff in and and when my boyfriend asked the officer is their was a wallet left he said no and then my boyfriend went outside and checked the car and it wasn’t out there either and so he came back in and the officer said did you find it and he said no and then he said to my boyfriend well I hope you find it and then kept walking passed us and acting... read more
I probably lucked out and happened to come in when it wasn't busy, but I was taken back and seen very quickly, got my tests done and results back fast, and was diagnosed and discharged all in under 3 hours. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Nice & patient receptionist; Physician was great - kind, respectful & quick with care. Nurses were mostly ok & kind - some comments by a couple nurses made me feel judged at intake/vitals (which also being a RN I didn’t feel were warranted) and our discharge RN caring for us said to my husband - “all should be cleared unless we missed something?!?” This was very inappropriate and concerning to hear - not how you respond to someone with little children leaving an ED. Not how you talk to a worried parent/aunt.
