their quality of care is NOT "world class". Nothing about this place is world class. I agree with the assembly line comment above.

Best ever!! Some people expect miracle' s Cleveland Clinic is the closest you will get to getting a miracle. They can only do so much patients have to take personal responsibility.

Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Eric Roselli saved my fiances life in October 2008! I drove him from Chicago all night 8 hours because Chicago hospitals only gave him a week to live he had avanced aortic valve stenosis. Cleveland Clinic has been rated #1 for heart surgery for 15 years even over Mayo Clinic. This is why I drove him there! The only power trips at Cleveland Clinic was with the nurses in the cardiac ICU after the surgery, they are snotty, b*tchy, unprofessional and flirt with the surgeons. Only after the Almighty Dollar! Perhaps SOME caring Physicians and Nurses, however these are far overshadowed by the overall ASSEMBLYLINE atmosphere of the place! Not living up to their hype! ( But THEY believe it! )

Does not talk, does not keep appointment, does not have idea what to do but manages to swindle $$$ out of your insurance and your pocket (because of poor paperwork). Can't even draw blood without leaving a week-long mark on you, and has problems telling left from right. Illiterate.
