The office staff and nurses are so friendly, the NP and MDs are top notch. It’s easy to schedule an appointment and to be seen.

I have been going to this office for a few years. Most of the nurses are nice but the front desk was very rude to me when I had questions on billing. I also had an upcoming appointment scheduled but received a voicemail that "I didn't reply to their calls about rescheduling" so they cancelled my appointment. I've been a patient here a few years, first seeing Dr Dalessandro and then seeing Kathleen Hartman. I didn't find out that Kathleen was no longer working here until I tried to make an appointment. I have medications that I take and suddenly not having a doctor makes me nervous. I'm really disappointed.

Before our insurance company changed, we saw Dr. Rifka at this practice and had a wonderful experience here for over 2 years and multiple children. We were very sad to have to change pediatricians.

We love Cleveland clinic and chesterland pediatrics. We have had great experiences with all the Doctors. Although we did realize over time that an RX Dr. Bohac was prescribing was not safe to use regularly on our child and she continued to recommend using it. Luckily another CC doctor quickly advised us to stop using it and see a specialist when she realized our daughter was still on it .
