I wanted to share positive feedback about the excellent care/service I received from Chesterland Cleveland Clinic. I was absolutely blown away from the amount of kindness, professionalism, thoroughness, and empathy every single staff member had shown us. From the beautiful ladies at the front desk welcoming me with kind words and smiles, to Ginger (lovely nurse) and Nick (nurse practitioner) who were so kind hearted and helped us with every single issue we had. The office staff and nurses are so friendly, the NP and MDs are top notch. It’s easy to schedule an appointment and to be seen.
I have been going to this office for a few years. Most of the nurses are nice but the front desk was very rude to me when I had questions on billing. I also had an upcoming appointment scheduled but received a voicemail that "I didn't reply to their calls about rescheduling" so they cancelled my appointment. The office never called or contacted me about a reschedule prior to them cancelling my appointment. Finally, Kathleen Hartman recently quit the practice.
