Terrible care. It’s like a party in your room. You cannot get any rest waiting for the onbudsman
if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!!! Absolutely terrible customer care. I can't believe these people are considered health care professionals! I would wait weeks for any sort of information and would only receive it after I called. Pat is absolutely useless. She is short, rude and filled with excuses. I left messages with the requesting clinician and for the manager, neither of which even bothered to return my call. I was assured that I would be contacted within 24 hours by someone. No problems ordering CPAP replacement parts. I was overdue for replacement parts, and they reached out to me and got me everything I needed and filed everything through my insurance company.
Like others, if I would give this place a negative review I would. Don't even try to call them. I have up to 45 minutes on hold waiting for anybody to answer the phone. I am in the third week of waiting for two prescriptions to be filled. The pharmacies likely called the doctors office and we placed on indefinite hold like everybody else. I have already placed three calls to the CCF ombudsmen to get something there fixed but they also failed to get their office engaged in even the most basic of patient care.
