Went in today to express clinic today and was greeting by a very rude employee to the left after the metal director. I checked in, and she had to use 3 of my credit cards because something wasn’t working. I was frustrated and said I don’t like the first thing they want is money, which i have every right to say, because it’s true. She was completely rude, yelling across the lobby while patients were in there, telling me I’m unprofessional and it’s my responsibility to pay.
