This lab is awesome. Everyone is so nice and personable. It makes getting blood drawn an experience I actually look forward to. I always leave in a better mood than when I came in. Appreciate the staff!
I’m so tired of being overlooked because of the color of my damn skin. Something as simple as a lab appointment should not be hard to check someone in but I bet if I looked like her then it would’ve been done right. Waited 10 mins. She completed the check in wrong or whatever and I never want to return to this facility again.
Worst receptionist 10 in line waiting hour and a half to get blood work done
Most thoughtful and helpful staff , Nasib R. my blood tech is a straight up rock star there is no doubt this nice woman found her true calling , absolutely awesome individual efforts to understand the situation and bring her team togeather to get things done .( she truly cares).Cleve clinic you are blessed to have such a wonderful person on your staff .
