"I cannot recommend Dr. Andrew Strong of the Cleveland Clinic highly enough for bariatric surgery. My wife's case was particularly challenging due to her pre-existing conditions: POTS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and gastroparesis. I called and spoke with someone who responded to my situation in an extremely unprofessional manner. After explaining that I have a closed head injury and sometimes experience confusion, the person on the other end of the line actually laughed at me. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also hurtful, especially considering my condition. The Cleveland clinic bariatric team have failed me. I completed everything in the program and still have not heard back from them. It's been 3 MONTHS. No one returned my calls very unprofessional. Switch to University hospital.
