I called to get my process started and I can't get a call back to save my life. I will be going over to University hospital at this point. If calling people back is a challenge then I damn sure don't want anybody from here operating on me.

I called and spoke with someone who responded to my situation in an extremely unprofessional manner. After explaining that I have a closed head injury and sometimes experience confusion, the person on the other end of the line actually laughed at me. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also hurtful, especially considering my condition.
