Valerie whom answers the phones for scheduling needs fired. She immediately answered with the worst attitude and it only got worse from there. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect by a doctors office in my life. Called to schedule an ultrasound as it was cheaper per my insurance at the office vs the office I currently had it scheduled at. Called asking to schedule an appointment for my annual and the lady on the phone was very unpleasant. She was extremely short and sounded annoyed that she had to do her job.

I came to the ER while pregnant and it took around more than 4 hours just to give me IV medicine. It was empty no body there so I don’t know why they made me waiting for hours!! At the end it cost me around 3000$ bc my insurance doesn’t cover it

I came to the labor and delivery/ER due to a fall at 26 weeks pregnant. All of the nurses and doctors were so so nice and made me feel so comfortable and reassured me. Very happy to know this and this is where I will be delivering :)
