The African American woman with short hair shouted into my face today while I was trying to schedule another doctor's appointment. She specifically said, "Oh, holy God," in a loud voice and told me, "If you feel contractions, go to the emergency." She was so rude and unhelpful. I tried to keep my nerves down as much as I could. She kept me in the waiting room for more than an hour just to speak with my OBGYN DR, and she never came back to me. Adding that she was not wearing her work badge. the majority of the secretary staff when I'd call/make appt's were rude & impersonal. Im fairly easy going, but time after time they were unfriendly when I'd call, expecting me to know the whole tineline/process for pregnancy check-up's. To add..... more importantly, the Dr.'s had me redo a blood panel due to the 1st one being expired since I got blood drawn, then.... almost forgot the Rhogham shot for me due to my rare blood type. I love it here , very nice place and wonderful doctors and nurses. This is my second pregnancy they been on top of everything. Highly recommend
Very poor customer service towards patients. Very disappointing. My daughter had an appointment and couldnt get there on time. She was six minutes late past the 15 minute grace period. She even called and said she was on her way. The office doesn't close until 5:00 pm. Either so why did you all leave early????
I didn’t even know a business can forward calls and not answer … I had a miscarriage and can’t even set up an appointment this place is so horrible and tacky would never recommend
