the majority of the secretary staff when I'd call/make appt's were rude & impersonal. Im fairly easy going, but time after time they were unfriendly when I'd call, expecting me to know the whole tineline/process for pregnancy check-up's. To add..... more importantly, the Dr.'s had me redo a blood panel due to the 1st one being expired since I got blood drawn, then.... almost forgot the Rhogham shot for me due to my rare blood type. I love it here , very nice place and wonderful doctors and nurses. This is my second pregnancy they been on top of everything. Highly recommend
Very poor customer service towards patients. Very disappointing. My daughter had an appointment and couldnt get there on time. She was six minutes late past the 15 minute grace period. She even called and said she was on her way. The office doesn't close until 5:00 pm. Either so why did you all leave early????
I didn’t even know a business can forward calls and not answer … I had a miscarriage and can’t even set up an appointment this place is so horrible and tacky would never recommend
