Amazingly wonderful staff!! So AMAZINGLY KIND and extremely helpful!!! The woman who greets you and takes your info (and I think runs the entire place!) could NOT be more wonderful, she truly was so kind and helped me to calm down on a stressful day for me! Not enough space for me to write write here how wonderful they are, and they were so efficient and smart, no wasted time, and truly a blessing! Thank you!
First time here ( I have been dealing with chronic illnesses for 9 years). The receptionist didn't want to listen to me or my insurance that I didn't have a $300 copay, Even with them on the phone. I was not rude to her, I'm in too much pain to get MAD. She ended the conversation by telling me, I would get a bill and she slammed the window shut so hard, a little girl in the waiting room jumped!! This is beyond unprofessional and misconduct! Mind you, I'm still waiting on this test and its 20 minutes past my test time
