The lab at the Tallmadge Cleveland Clinic is not professional and they don’t appear to take their job seriously. I was told in the past that patients with appointments take priority over walk-ins for blood draws. I made an appointment last week for a blood draw and watched walk-ins go before me when I was there as scheduled. The attendant tried to say I made the appointment just today, untrue.
