First time here ( I have been dealing with chronic illnesses for 9 years). The receptionist didn't want to listen to me or my insurance that I didn't have a $300 copay, Even with them on the phone. I was not rude to her, I'm in too much pain to get MAD. She ended the conversation by telling me, I would get a bill and she slammed the window shut so hard, a little girl in the waiting room jumped!! This is beyond unprofessional and misconduct! Mind you, I'm still waiting on this test and its 20 minutes past my test time
I’m not a fan of the electronic sign in, but that’s no fault of any one person. Dr. Barrett and Dr. Coleman are great. We switched to the Tallmadge location from Stow for a couple reasons. For one, Dr. Barrett is much more personable and easier to talk to than any of the other women in Stow. Another reason is that they have a male doctor now. My son is 8 and felt more comfortable with a man and luckily Dr. Coleman is a good doctor as well. The entire staff here is just better all around. I’m happy to go to doctors appointmen... read more
