I just took my 2-year-old son here to get a splint put on because he broke his forearm in two places. For it not being a pediatric specified clinic, everyone was so kind and accommodating to my son! The doctor and the tech were both so knowledgeable and extremely kind and worked amazingly with children! I was so pleased, and they went above and beyond to make sure our experience was comfortable, and that we felt safe. I'm so glad they were the ones taking care of this situation for us. Admin incompetency overwhelmingly ruins any positive experience with PA or Doctors. They don't know how to set followup appointments or X-rays and make you wait hours on the phone to fix their mistakes. Go someplace that hires people with basic skills. This place felt like the movie Idiocracy...
