Urgent care is very good, many departments there provides good service, the place is big & nice . The physical therapy is not very good as well. Physical therapy didn't work with me as expected, and i shared my opinion with them for approximately 3 months since I started coming here for treatment. Also, the disturbing recording that the management decided to add is not humane at all, where it says " Cleveland clinic welcome LGBTQ community and ..blablabla" the management should remove this piece of disturbing inhumane record... read more
Always professional and kind. All medical staff if first rate. There is one greeter with an attitude but minus the 1 bad apple love this medical building.
Great Cleveland Clinic location. Highly recommend.
