They probably have 1 operator answering all the phone calls for the entire clinic, so unless you want to spend 2 hours on the phone trying to reach anybody at this establishment, dont bother.. Nobody answers messages on MyChart anymore either. "Best of the best" medical services this country has to offer. Pathetic.
How does a major hospital system the size of CCF not have ADA and Ohio code compliant parking in 2026? "Accessible" parking spaces lack required access aisles, don't have required signage, accessible routes are full of trip hazards, etc. This actually qualifies as discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
