Always professional and kind. All medical staff if first rate. There is one greeter with an attitude but minus the 1 bad apple love this medical building.
Great Cleveland Clinic location. Highly recommend.
The Cleveland Clinic of Independence is a beautiful building. Visited an optometrist. It was easy to check in with the kiosk. All the staff were extremely polite.
Wait time is horrible. People show up late for their appointments and you have to wait if your a walk in for them to go. We have an “open” lab and have to go biweekly. We have to fast and hold the morning urine and have waited 40 mins with a comprised immune system and low kidney function.
