Wait time is horrible. People show up late for their appointments and you have to wait if your a walk in for them to go. We have an “open” lab and have to go biweekly. We have to fast and hold the morning urine and have waited 40 mins with a comprised immune system and low kidney function.
Just went for lab work. Made an appointment, showed up 15 minutes early and was taken care of right away. I was done before my appointment time was even scheduled to take place.
Facility is nice, easy parking, staff not so friendly or helpful
Urgent care is very good, many departments there provide good service. The physical therapy is not very good as well. Physical therapy didn't work with me as expected, and i shared my opinion with them for approximately 3 months since I started coming here for treatment. Also, the disturbing recording that the management decided to add is not humane at all, where it says " Cleveland clinic welcome LGBTQ community and ..blablabla" the management should remove this piece of disturbing inhumane recording and go back to where th... read more
