My husband and I came from upstate Ny for his surgery as he made patient number 11 to get this surgery done, it’s not common. He was on H71 after surgery and as a nurse myself I must say the nurses definitely disappointed me. All but two never came to check on him as he was asking to walk however he had an IV and a NG tube that needed to be taken care of in order to do so. The only time we seen them was to hang a bag up for his IV and that was it! I must say his PCNA Angel on that floor , AMAZING. He by far out beats any oth... read more

The staff is very friendly and devoted to their job! Cleveland Clinic is one of the best & that shows through their dedication of their staff and ability to make you feel comfortable
