I saw Dr. Jen Wilson for a simple check up. She refused to listen to my concerns and immediately recommended a change to my medication which is causing me NUMEROUS problems.
I came to this office seeking help. After multiple visits, hundreds billed to insurance, and out-of-pocket fees, I left with nothing but frustration and wasted time. Dr. Haas repeatedly referred me elsewhere, cut me off when I tried to explain symptoms, telling me “that isn’t a thing.” When I finally pressed for an FDA-approved medication, she agreed — then submitted the wrong version, which was denied. Honestly, I have never had a positive experience at this location. Front desk receptionists are incredibly rude, and Dr Haas couldn’t care less about your health concerns and is extremely condescending. You are just a number they try to push out the door as fast as possible here and it’s honestly sad that they can even consider themselves a “healthcare” facility with no regard or care for your health. Will be pulling mine and my children’s charts to University. CCF needs to do better.
