Yikes! CC Travel isn't really into that whole 'customer service' thing. If you expect a call back, be prepared to wait a few days. Also, check everything very carefully. Our agent had our return flight booked the day before our trip ended. We had to tell her about the mistake, and call her supervisor to get the new flight details. You're better off going elsewhere. Vacations are too expensive to leave in the hands of these folks. They are really 'put out' when they have to actually serve their customers.
