After over ten years as a quarterly customer, I received a collection notice for an unexplained $29.35 balance without any clear accounting. Throughout my years with CCPC, I even carried a credit balance at times without issue, making this especially surprising. I also later learned through a friend who recently started using their service that I had been paying more than 25% more than a new customer for the same quarterly service. Very disappointing.
The price is right, Jim is always friendly, quick and thorough AND resprays are free if you're on a quarterly spray schedule and have issues in between. No questions asked.

Tim, your technician who serviced our home today (in the Chagrin Falls area) for carpenter bees is FANTASTIC! Friendly, competent and showed up to spray even under a rainy downpour, he got soaked and was not bothered in the least! Five Stars!
