Exceptional service, staff is friendly. Took the time to get to know me and my interests. I got placed within 2 weeks as an electrical engineer and can't wait to see where this company takes me.
I remember being contacted by this group shortly after I finished graduate school. This is a disgustingly unprofessional firm. The recruiters and even their receptionist, are at times vulgar when speaking over the phone. They make promises of great opportunities, but will only try to pressure you to take positions that are far below the average compensation level for your profession. Avoid this firm, they are scum and not worth your time.
Awesome service! Very laid back and friendly. Really care about what you want to get into and don't treat you like just a resume. If you want to be taken seriously as an engineer, CBC has the better opportunities.
They reel you in with plenty of opportunities, but be warned: the contract they want you to sign is ridiculous. Their fee is up to 30% of your salary, and if you don't make it 12 months at the new job, you are responsible for paying . If they really had your best interest in mind they would not make you pay such a huge fee if you fail. DO NOT sign any contacts with this company.
