My water heater broke down unexpectedly, and they responded faster than I expected and Mil explained everything clearly and had my hot water running quickly. Good Service and price.
I had this ongoing leak from the toilet plus a drip in the tub and a clogged tub. I called at 8:00am and David and Jan were at my door by 10:30. Jan xplained every detail of what he was replacing and fixing every step of the way. He was very professional and did an awesome job! By 12:30 noon they had finished all the repairs and were on their way. They were even friendly and caring with my dog! I highly recommend Hot Water - Heater Group and would definitely call back in the future for another plumbing need. Thank you!
So I called this place to see about them coming out to fix my water tankless . Come to find out from them on the phone that my tankless had been recalled. I would have never thought to even look into that. We called Hot Water - Heater Group that made the tank and they sent us new parts for free and told us who to go to and have them installed for free. So water heaters only saved us hundreds of dollars and I will definitely reach out to them for any future needs.

When I needed a water heater a year or two ago , I found this company here on google based on his reviews. I called them in the morning and by afternoon he was here and gone with a new water heater installed. Great service! plumber had me take a few pics, and came after finishing another job that day. This morning he came and had it all cleared up, plus replaced a leaky steam valve, in one hour . Prices are reasonable too, highly recommended Hot Water - Heater Group.
