NOT RECOMMENDED - BUILT NEW HOME 5 YEARS AGO - ONE OF SEVERAL ON STRRET - AT LEAST 5 HOMES HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THEIR ROOF. THE LATEST BEING, A LEAK WHERE THE ROOFERS HAD CUT THE SHINGLES WHEN CAPPING THE ROOF - EVERY TIME IT RAINED HARD WE HAD WATER - STAY AWAY!
