First off, they never answer the phone. I brought in Xrays on a CD from a hospital I went to because they told me to bring them and they would send them to Lake Nona since it’s an hour away. Took them 2 weeks to answer my phone call on to what was going on. Just for them to tell me “ you have to go to Lake Nona to take new Xrays, it’s takes too long to send from here”….. like what??!!! And now I just brought in a sample for lab and they call me the next day to tell me they put the samples that are temp sensitive in the wrong... read more

If it’s a positive review it’s most likely from the previous establishment and not the new one. Incompetent medical staff . Phone rings to where you can’t even leave a voicemail. You are better of diagnosing yourself with a blindfold and throwing a dart at a dart board with a selection of illnesses and using healthevet but even then you won’t get a reply from the actual provider for 2-3 weeks. I regret switching to this establishment in order to save an hour of driving time for the Orlando VA.
