All of the staff from the doormen, handymen, and porters are amazing and make this place feel like home! The majority of the doormen are institutions, and have been here since the 80s and 90s! Management has also been extremely helpful when brought with issues relating to the unit. The pet-friendly building is a dog-lovers paradise! Lastly, the view is quite nice from up here!

Door staff are lovely. But the building has ongoing rodent and bedbug infestation, chronic leaks and floods, and loud drilling for weeks and months at a time.

Doormen and neighbors are lovely. However the building is infested with rodents, leaks, lots of hot water shut offs, constant broken elevators , and construction noise. Very poorly maintained by the LL. .

I’ve been living at The Clermont since Jan 2021. I love this building. I have been nothing but happy since I moved here. The staff is very kind and I love saying hi to them when I walk past the front desk. They are great with packages and maintenance request. My apartment is beautiful and in great condition and very quiet. So far everyone I’ve met in the building has been very friendly and nice. This is also a very dog friendly building! I love living here.
