Steven was very thorough, found the issue very quickly (broken controller, solenoid and some wiring was required), and completed the repair very quickly and efficiently. He gave me great advice on maintaining my system and cleaning out the sprinkler heads that were not functioning properly, and even pre-programmed the new controller with the proper date/times for my area.
