Office staff is horrible and Dr. Guzik is rude. Stay away!
Been going here for over 10 years. I am constantly seeing new nurse practitioners and have never seen Dr. Guzik, my supposed primary care doctor. Went last week and saw Shanaugh for the first time and was taken back by the shear unprofessionalism. She answered and took a phone call in the middle of my appointment without even stepping out. Dr. Cruz is very thorough, very professional and treats me with great respect. He is an excellent doctor.
WAIT TIME A LITTLE BETTER. STILL 45MINUTES +.
3 stars for the fact that they have worked with me with payments and I am grateful that, but I really feel like they deserve 2 stars. There is a very “nose up” kind of feeling with some of the staff in the front. I 100% believe they don’t see anything wrong with the way they carry themselves but out if three appointments I leave there feeling the ick because of our interactions.
