Fantastic jewelry store with a beautiful variety of pieces. I took an old ring in to be fixed, and Wayne was so kind and thoughtful and explained what would need to be done to get it in safe conditions (e.g., so the stone wouldn't fall out, to ensure the band wouldn't break). He and his wife also helped us pick out a band, which was beautiful and exactly what we wanted and ordered - they are incredibly kind, friendly, and personable and I will be going to them from now on for any of my jewelry needs. My wife, Gwen, and I have visited Clermont Jewelry Store twice recently and have had absolutely wonderful experiences in this exceptional store. The owners, Dalida and Wayne, are a pleasure to interact with while shopping there beautiful crafted jewelry. Best jewelry store around we only go there now
A little concerned after I picked up my prepaid repairs and he said to me “I should have charged you more because this is 18k gold.” That’s funny because you charged me for 18k when I prepaid. Will be shopping around for new jeweler as now this made me very uncomfortable.
