While Crystal tried to be helpful I was told after my third trip, and two applications that I was over qualified for a pipp program. The people working at the heap office aren’t the most respectful or empathetic, I was referred to as “that” by the woman behind the desk while waiting to be seen.
Rude as can be and obviously resisting doing her job.
